It’s best to book 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend parties in Los Angeles and Southern California, to secure your preferred date and time.

You got it! Every party car comes with a working remote control that has a bright red button on it. Push that button, and the vehicle you’re controlling stops immediately. And since the vehicles move at only about two-miles per hour, your kids ain’t getting anywhere too fast.
Yes, but our refund policy is solid.
While the vehicles can be considered “slow” by us and can essentially be stopped with an adult foot on a hood, the agreement ensures that event hosts understand and accept any and all risks associated with the event that they are hosting.

By checking “I Agree,” submitting payment, or using the equipment, Event host (Client) acknowledges that physical play involves inherent risks including injuries and voluntarily assumes all risks for all participants during the rental period.
Client agrees to provide adult supervision and follow all normally-accepted rules of safety.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Client releases and holds harmless Kev’s Cool Party Cars, its owners, employees, and agents from claims, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from use of the equipment, except those caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Customer agrees that electronic acceptance of this Agreement is legally binding.
Yes, our car-themed birthday parties are ideal for toddlers because kids naturally love vehicles, movement, and pretend play. These parties are simple, engaging, and age-appropriate for almost every 3 and 4-year-old.
Great question! Moms and dads have LOVED buckling-up their smallest (as young as 18 months) and driving them around using remote controls that we supply!
Time blocks listed are exclusive of the time it takes us to transport, setup and breakdown.
Packages are designed for either around 8 children or around 16 children, allowing everyone to participate while keeping the experience safe, fun, and manageable.
For packages where staffers are included, we’ll be there to stick to a schedule and lead several games that all kids seem to LOVE! Of course, you can direct us to skip any or all of the games and do your own thing. It’s up to you.
Keep in mind: We’ll need adult participation, so get ready to have fun with your friends, alongside of us!

Each vehicle’s battery runs for around 60-90 minutes.
Then why would I want the Premium Party Package that lasts three hours?
You’d select that option if you are inviting 10 to 15 drivers and want the flexibility of getting into the cars whenever - not for a set or more limited timeframe.
We can switch cars often, so you’ll get to drive your favorites;
Avoid crashing into others (These are not bumper cars); and
Have fun!
Yes, the experience is perfect for flat-ish backyards, driveways, well-supervised cul-de-sacs, and local parks throughout Southern California. It’s designed to be flexible and mobile.
Please note: Thick grass seems to be less preferred by children.
Parents of children who may be on the rambunctious side or who MIGHT need one-on-one driving assistance are strongly encouraged to stay nearby with their fingers on the remote control.
The great news is that the adults always LOVE driving kids around in big remote control cars! It’s so fun!
Some three year olds learn to drive in five minutes. Some don’t. Every kiddo is unique, ya know?
PLEASE NOTE: In cases where parents elect to operate in a street with very little to no notable traffic (cul-de-sac), parents MUST be present and accountable — again, with fingers on every vehicle’s operational remote control.

**Our “rad staffers” are really rad. Kev used to run an A-List brand of summer camps that was known for many great things - especially the staffers he hired.
Southern California weather is usually ideal, but rain-checks are gladly provided to clients who find that rain is on the way and ask for the rain-check at least five hours prior to the event’s start time.
Our definition of too rainy is “precipitation” at greater than 25%.
A full refund will be provided if the cancellation email is received at least six days prior to your booked event’s start date. Example: Saturday party? Cancel on or before the prior Sunday.
50% of the paid amount will be provided if the cancellation email is received at least three days prior to your booked event’s start date. Example: Saturday party? Cancel on or before the prior Wednesday.
Refunds of any amount are not provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event’s start time.
To reschedule your event, please email us at least six days prior to your booked event’s start date.
Yes, many parents combine this experience with bounce houses, face painting, balloon artists, or dessert vendors to create a full party setup.
Absolutely not.
Because your families’ privacy is of extreme importance to us, we will NEVER take photos or videos at your location - before, during, or after.

The focus is on the main entertainment experience, but it can easily be paired with your own decorations or themed party setup.
Concrete, asphalt and sports courts with lots of open space work best.
